If you want to commission me, you must agree with my TOS
Any failing at following them with result in a permanant block and you'll be blacklisted
The TOS are the same for custom and regular commission
COMMISSION ARE THROUGHT PAYPAL (€) ONLY
I ONLY PROVIDE ART WITH MY WATERMARK I DO NOT ALLOW MY ART TO BE EDITED IN ANY WAY♡ You may ask for a refund but here are the conditions:
- If you ask for a refund before I started your commission and it has been less than 2 months, you get the full amount MINUS the fees taken by Paypal (I'll provide you the proof)
- If you ask for a refund after sketch, you'll be refunded half of what you paid, sketch will be sent to you (unless it's a custom, sketch will be finished and then sold. If you use the sketch, the design will be considered stolen)
No refund will be provided once lining has been started and after unless next condition
- I will refund the commission fully and cover the fees if I haven't started the commission after 2 months or failed to complete if under 3 monthsIt may take up to 10 days for me to refund you but I'm usually able to refund you under 24 hours
If you are not sure you can wait 10 days for a refund then don't commission me
♡ My art and designs are not up for commercial use

If you use a design/art I made for merch and you are making profit out of it, I expect to be fully credited and have a compensation for it
The best would be to contact me before doing it
I'll charge differently depending on the size of your audience
My art or design should not be used for NFT

Commission should be paid under 24 hours otherwise the slot will be closed or put back for offers
♡ You must credit me if you use my art
I usually send the finished commission with toyhouse but if you don't have toyhouse, it will be sent it an email with my socials
If you fail or refuse to credit me, I won't accept more commission in the future
♡ If you redesign a design I made, I should still be kept as the designer
If you fail to do it, I'll blacklist you
♡ I do not allow 'twin' to be made out of my designs
That's straight up copying and it's even more disrespectful that you'll make profit out of it when you'll sell the twin
The approval of the current owner doesn't mean you don't need mine
♡ Before lining, I'll send a sketch for approval
You should take time to look at it because once it has been approved, if I started lining and it's not easily modifiable, I won't fix it
At the end, I'll send the finished piece to make sure I didn't make any colouring error
Once the finished piece has been approved, no more things will be fixed
All the approval step are here to make sure I did not make any error. I do my best to check for any error but if you fail to ask for changes to be made due to an error and I cannot make the change (too complex to do), I won't do it.
♡ You may change the character/custom theme if I haven't started the sketch
If you change it for something more complex, you'll need to pay an extra fee higher than if you paid it with the initial invoice
♡ Once completed, a commission is not refundable
Once bought, an adopt is not refundable
♡ For custom and redesign commission: once sketch is approved,no changes in the lines will be accepted (modification, removal or addition). Even if it looks nothing to you, I have to set boundaries in order to be respected.
I recommend taking time to look at the sketch and request needed changes at this time.
If any changes needs to be made, please give me all the info at once! If you give me little info by little info, you'll be charged a fee since it's taking precious time due to approval.
